Do you offer refunds?
When purchasing OctoSniff you agreed to our strict no-refund policy, no matter what! Opening a chargeback is considered as fraudlent activity and legal action will be taken. We work with international banking partners to fight fraud & a report is filled every time a chargeback is received.
I have not received my product!
The payment process is usually instant depending on the payment solution you went with. Credit / Debit Card: Instant. CashApp: 2-3 Minutes. Other Solutions: Depends on the method. If you believe you have paid with your credit/debit card & still haven't received it after 30 minutes, check your bank if the payment actually went through. Do you accept PayPal?
We do not accept PayPal and have zero plans of doing so. We have several different payment options, both via our payment provider Payop & Direct Credit/Debit Card. We work with international payment solutions all around the world & we are PCI DSS Compliant to process credit card payments.
