Why Was My Account Banned?
- Most bans are final and will not be reversed. Bans are strictly enforced for the following violations:

- Payment Issues: Filing a chargeback (friendly fraud) or using unauthorized payment methods.
- Security Violations: Attempting to crack or reverse-engineer the software.
Why is my account banned for "Bruteforce"?
A: This means your password was stolen by malware (like RedLine Stealer) and posted online. To prevent someone else from using your account, we locked it automatically.
Q: Can I get my account back? A: Yes! Unlike bans for cracking or fraud, these bans can be reversed. Simply secure your PC (we recommend a factory reset) or follow these instructions via Remove Redline
How to Resolve the Ban?
To regain access to your account, please follow these steps: *. Log into your OtoSniff account. *. Please submit a ticket with the info requested below. Provide as much info as you possibly can.
- Payment Method.
- License Key.
- OctoSniff Email/Username.
- Zip/Postal code linked to your JustGaming/OctoSniff account.
- Discord Username linked to your JustGaming/OctoSniff account.
- Last 4 digits of the phone number linked to your JustGaming/OctoSniff Account.
Account Reinstatement.
Once your identity is verified, the ban on your account will be lifted, and you will be able to log in again.
