Troubleshooting With Error Log Submissions

When a issue occurs with OctoSniff, Its best to sumbit your error log please follow the steps below to submit your error log for faster support.

How to find your log file.

  1. On your keyboard Press the "WINDOWS KEY + S" or "WINDOWS KEY + R".
  2. Type "%appdata%" and hit enter.
  3. Locate the "OctoSniff" and open it
  4. Open the folder named "Logs".
  5. Grab the most recent text file and send it to support staff via discord.
