Understanding the Functionality of the PSN/XBOX Resolver
The resolver is not DECRYPT!
If you type in a gamertag and it says no results found/No users was found in our database! that means they haven't been decrypted by our software users.
We have 80,000+ plus clients, and there's over 90 million PSN users and over 90 million XBOX Live users, so of course not everyone is going to be in the resolver.
If you want to pull IP's in real time or add users to the resolver, you need to own or purchase the software and one of the decryption addons.
You can view what games support decrypt and the status of decrypt for each platform by >CLICKING HERE<
You can view the number of users in resolver database where it says "Users Decrypted" by >CLICKING HERE<
You can use our resolvers & other tools by >CLICKING HERE< (these tools will not be accessible unless you own Octosniff or purchsed tools access with points)
