Network interface errors (No IP,Win10pcap,Loopback etc.)

Below you will find ways to diagnose and/or fix all network interface errors.

This Interface has no IP?
If you get "this interface has no ip...etc" simply change adapters to the correct one, For example the correct adapter for me to sniff on would be the one highlighted in blue.
If all adapters show no ip, Close the tool an uninstall any version of PCAP you have ie "WINPCAP-NPCAP-Win10PCAP" etc and re-install PCAP properly via the instructions at the bottom of this page.
TO BE NOTED: If you use the tool via wired setup or pc hotspot method. your adapter doesn't need a ip simply choose the adapter an hit sniff.

Adapters V4

All adapters are missing and only Loopback is showing?
If your sniffer is only showing "adapter for loopback traffic" simply close the tool and install npcap in "WINPCAP API-Compatible MODE" The npcap version 0.9986. at the bottom of this page is recommended... or Close the tool an uninstall any version of PCAP you have ie "WINPCAP-NPCAP-Win10PCAP" etc and re-install PCAP properly via the instructions at the bottom of this page.
