Troubleshooting with Error Log Submissions
When a issue occurs with OctoSniff, there are some things you can do to make sure everything is setup properly.
Make sure the software is excluded from your Anti-Virus. >CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO!!<
Make sure software is allowed through your Firewall or disable the firewall.
octosniff.txt is also usually generated, within the directory where you executed OctoSniff - this is a text document that helps you identify the issue. once you have the log open it you can then paste the whole log on post bin an send us the link or upload a picture of the log via imgur an send it to us. or just take a screenshot of any errors you receive.
