Troubleshooting With Error Log Submissions

When a issue occurs with OctoSniff, there are some things you can do to make sure everything is setup properly.

Make sure the software is excluded from your Anti-Virus. >CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO!!<
Make sure software is allowed through your PC Firewall or disable the PC firewall.

If you are still getting any weird errors, please follow the steps below to submit your error log for faster support.

Press the "WINDOWS KEY + S" or "WINDOWS KEY + R"
Type "%appdata%" and hit enter.
Locate the "OctoSniff" and open it
Open the folder named "OctoLogs".
Grab the most recent text file and send it to support staff via discord or live chat. >CLICK HERE< to link your discord account and join the discord.
