Troubleshooting With Error Log Submissions
When a issue occurs with OctoSniff, there are some things you can do to make sure everything is setup properly.
- Make sure the software is excluded from your Anti-Virus. >CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO!!<
- Make sure software is allowed through your PC Firewall or disable the PC firewall.
- Press the "WINDOWS KEY + S" or "WINDOWS KEY + R"
- Type "%appdata%" and hit enter.
- Locate the "OctoSniff" and open it
- Open the folder named "OctoLogs".
- Grab the most recent text file and send it to support staff via discord or live chat. >CLICK HERE< to link your discord account and join the discord.
